• I am currently recruiting for an Events Manager on behalf of a high-quality, Gastro Pub, Hotel and events-led hospitality business based in Hampshire.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to move into a broader, commercially focused role, combining events, sales, marketing, and business development.
• You will play a key role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, while gaining valuable exposure to the commercial side of the business.

• Manage event enquiries from initial contact through to delivery
• Convert enquiries into confirmed business, driving revenue growth
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events to a high standard
• Support and develop business development initiatives
• Oversee social media channels and marketing activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and corporate clients
• Lead events on the day, ensuring smooth and professional execution
• Work operationally as a Duty Manager, supporting restaurant and hotel service
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, including cash handling

• 48 hours per week
• Includes 2 office-based days focused on administration, enquiries, and planning
• Remaining hours spent operationally, leading service and events

• Previous experience in hospitality management (restaurant, hotel, or events venue)
• Strong interest in events, sales, and business development
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident working both operationally and in an administrative capacity
• Looking to progress into a multi-functional, business-focused role

• £35,000 to £37,000 basic salary DOE
• £8,000-£10,000 tronc (on top)
