401(k) Retirement Plan
All team members may join the 401(k) Retirement Plan at anytime and may make either pre-tax or Roth after-tax contributions. After one year of service, Galactic matches team member’s contributions up to 5% of pay, at 25 cents
for every dollar contributed.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Team members may use PTO for vacation and sick time. Benefits-eligible team members earn PTO immediately and year after year. The amount of PTO earned is determined by the team member’s years of service. For example, full-time team members earn up to five 5 days immediately, 15 days of PTO in year two, 20 days in year five and 25 days in year ten.
Holiday Pay
Galactic recognizes a total of 11 paid holidays to full-time team members including but not limited to; New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Day, and the team member’s Birthday.
Profit Sharing
Up to 10% of annual base salary potential; conditional of company performance.
Life Insurance
Basic Life Insurance: All benefits-eligible team members receive coverage equal to $40,000, at no cost.
Voluntary Life and Dependent Insurance: Team members may elect additional coverage for themselves and may also elect spouse and/or child life coverage.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Basic AD&D Insurance: All benefits-eligible team members receive coverage equal to $40,000, at no cost.
Voluntary AD&D Insurance: Team members may elect coverage of one to five times their annual base salary, up to $250,000. Family coverage is also available.
Short Term Disability Coverage
If a covered team member becomes disabled, after the waiting period the plan pay 60% of the team member’s weekly base salary, up to $1,000 per week for up to eleven weeks. This coverage is available at 5 years of service and is at no cost to the team member.
Health Savings Account
HSAs offer a different way for team members to pay for their health care; HSAs enable team members to pay for current health expenses and save for future qualified medical retiree health expenses on a tax-free basis.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Team members can make pre-tax contributions to a Health Care Spending Account and/or Day Care Spending Account and receive tax-free reimbursements of eligible expenses from their accounts.
Supplemental Policies
Team members may choose coverage to supplement the medical plan for themselves or a family member on policies through Colonial such as Disability, Accident, Life, Cancer, Critical Illness and Hospital Confinement. The policies pay a benefit directly to the team member to assist with living expenses. These policies are for purchase and are available at 90 days of employment.

Health Care Benefits
Eligibility:
•Full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week
•Coverage effective: 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
Medical Coverage: Galactic offers three medical plan options through Cigna Healthcare. Two plans are high deductible health plans (HDHP) and one plan is a PPO; all three plans offer the same network of providers. The differences between the options are the amount of the deductible and coinsurance. Galactic pays up to 94% of the premium cost for full-time team members.
Dental Coverage: Galactic offers two dental plan options through Humana. One is a dental PPO and the second is a dental HMO. Each plan has its own network of providers.
Vision Coverage: Galactic offers a vision plan through Ameritas Vision (EyeMed Select network). It covers eye exams, frames and lenses or contacts.
