Company History
November 1992 marks the official inception of Galactic – an equal partnership created by Daniel C. Mohorc and William J. Vastine. Galactic was incorporated July 1993 as a turn-key incentive house serving food service and other industries. By mixing high-level customer service and family-like relationships with customers and vendors, Galactic quickly expanded which necessitated the creation of Galactic Tours, Galactic Printing and Galactic Promotional Advertising. In 1994, Galactic Properties was formed to coincide with the opening of the new ballpark for the Texas Rangers Baseball Franchise.
In 2001, Galactic consolidated its companies and became known as Galactic, Limited and in 2006, Mr. Vastine retired from Galactic and Mr. Mohorc acquired sole ownership. As sophisticated technology and operations systems became critical to manage growth, Gary Cornwell took on increasingly vital roles in the company, leading to his partnership with Mr. Mohorc in late 2011.
